Our Budget Rooms with private bathroom are a great option for cheaper Queenstown accommodation. They still offer the comforts of home with 1 x Queen Bed, furnished with sheepskin lined electric blankets. These rooms also include bedside cabinets, touch lights, radio alarm clock, wall mounted Flat Screen TV and many extras.
This room type is not ensuite but offers a private detached bathroom which is fitted out with a heated towel rail, hairdryer and guest toiletries. If you prefer an ensuite bathroom, please view our budget rooms ensuite page.
This room can accommodate twin bedding on request but there is a maximum of 2 people in this room type.
Please Note: No breakfast or kitchen/cooking facilities are included in this room type. You can choose to be to be fully self contained in our Studio Rooms, which are ideal for 1-3 people.

We have a Studio Apartment (which can also be connected to a standard 4-5 bedroom Apartment) which is a wheelchair accessible room. This room has 1 x Super-King bed and a Double Sofa bed.
The beds have lovely fresh linen, sheepskin electric blankets and pillows. The room comes equipped with touch lights, an alarm clock, a flat screen TV and DVD player, and a small kitchenette.
The tiled wheelchair accessible en-suite bathroom has a shower, shower seat, toilet grab rail, hair dryer, and electric towel rail. There is also a full open plan kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you require a wheelchair accessible room and we will ensure this room is reserved for you. The room is on the ground floor, next to to the car park.

Coffee and Tea making facilities are available in the communal living room or also inside the room. There are no kitchen facilities included with Traditional B&B Rooms
Our Continental Breakfast includes a wide selection of cereals, toast, jams and spreads, dried fruits and nuts with yogurts and fruit salad.
Breakfast is served in our main lounge from November to March from 7.30 to 8.30 am. During winter months it is served at an agreed time for our guests.
Please note: we no longer accept children under the age of 12 years old in our B&B rooms. Children are more than welcome in our apartments.

Very few apartments of this type are available in Queenstown. Situated upstairs with a lovely balcony which overlooks the town centre and across towards Coronet Peak Ski field.
Ideal for large groups, ski groups, small conferences or family get-togethers. There is a large dining table which can seat 18+ people and one of the bedrooms is a self contained unit which can also have a separate entrance if needed. Ideal for tour leaders or those wanting a little more privacy in the group.
